This is actually the first song on this album that I wrote. I don't know where it came from, I wrote it and thought to myself "this is the best thing I've ever written and I'll never write anything as good as this song. Now i have a whole album of songs I'm really proud of.

Anyway this is just another melancholy tune of feeling out of place, lost, questioning your life yada yada ya. In this song though i compare myself to my car, my car is filthy I swear I find the weirdest things in it sometimes. Sometimes I think I my life is a mess too and I have no direction however whenever I am aimlessly driving around I happened to figure out a destination. I'll always end up where ever I need to be, and that's how I know I'm going to be okay. Where ever I end up is because that's where I was supposed to go so Take me life, drift me along, I want to ride your upward and downward waves as slowly as I can. I want to experience it all I'm here for the ride.

Sometimes I feel like I'm wasting my time
Others I feel like I'm wasting my mind
I don't even know what to do because I can't seem to finish up with school.
I can't even put this bottle down I've been thinking that I can't even stop myself, stop myself from drinking. I can't even wake up in the morning alright but it's ok because I can't fall asleep at night.

My car is a mess, it's a reflection of me. It get's me from where I was to where I need to be.
Sometimes I don't know where that is but it's ok because this world will show me the way.
