I wrote this song because someone was trying to sell their stickers at a show and i think that is like soo0o0o0o dumb. Why should someone pay for your sticker? Is your sticker gonna make you famous? It's just going to end up on the floor of your friends apartment

often times i think about all the stickers that i've made and where they are now
I've got atleast ten friends supporting me so i like to think they put em places people see
but when i go to their apartment to say it really lightly I guess I can take a hint cuz I see the sticker in the corner of my eye in the corner of the room
atleast i can say i tried to
put myself out there with some adhesive square my bandcamps on the top not that anybody cares

what if this is what it's all about you pray for the day some person comes around
sees your sticker lying on the floor so they get curious and they wanna learn more
they log onto facebook dot com they search for your name now they're streamin all your songs
they show their friends your discography you're starting to become a celebrity
all from some sticker lying on the floor
look at your life you're always going on tour

so the next time you're walking down the street
dont look up at the ground just stare down at your feet
cuz you might see the sticker for the next big band
ahh probably not they're just poppy and bland
